Shipping
Until November, we can only ship our chocolate candy bars via UPS Ground and Priority Mail to California destinations, and hand delivery and free pickup is available within select areas of Los Angeles. For all other destinations nationwide, we only ship via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or Express Mail (overnight). In either case, please consider shipping to a work address so that the package does not sit out in the hot sun.
If you select the option to ship candy bars via Ground or Priority Mail outside of California, your order will be held unless you agree via email to ship via 2nd Day or Overnight.
Our marshmallows and caramels are not sensitive to the heat, so they may be shipped via any method nationwide.
CALIFORNIANS TAKE NOTE: For UPS Ground, packages should arrive in 1 day to Southern California and 2 days to Northern California. This timetable is not guaranteed by UPS, but this method is much less expensive than air shipping.
Free Pickup is now available at the Thursday Century City Farmers Market btw 11am-2pm.
Not only are BonBonBar's products handmade from fresh ingredients, but they are also made to order just for you. We ship on Mondays, unless specially requested otherwise in advance. This simply ensures that you receive our products as fresh as possible early in the week.
Any orders placed by Saturday at Noon PT will be shipped or hand-delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, they will go out on Tuesday. Orders placed after Saturday at 3pm will be shipped the following Monday.
We also offer hand-delivery in Los Angeles for a flat fee of $3.00 to the following zip codes: 90024, 90025, 90066, 90067, 90210, 90211, 90212, 90401, 90402, 90403, and 90404. Packaging will be adjusted based on the situation, in an effort to use less for environmental concerns.
BonBonBar LLC assumes no liability for packages that do not arrive when expected.
We do not ship outside the United States, APO's, or FPO's. We only ship to PO Boxes via Priority Mail and Express Mail.
Our confections are perishable. They are very sensitive to heat and humidity. BonBonBar LLC is not responsible for products that are: damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt, returned due to a wrong address, returned as undeliverable, or delayed due to shipping delays.
