Orange Caramel & Pecan Nougat topped with Candied Orange Peel.
First, we mix slow-roasted pecans into nougat made with orange blossom honey. Then, we top it with a layer of soft salted caramel infused with orange peel. After taking it for a dip in dark chocolate, we finish the bar with slices of candied orange peel dusted with dark muscovado sugar.
We use orange blossom honey, organic oranges, eggs, and pecans from the Santa Monica Farmers Market.
